Over the years, I have realised that one of the biggest challenges in India is not the lack of talent, but the lack of awareness. Many people are interested in trading, but very few truly understand what it takes to become a professional trader. That is exactly why this website exists—to help you make an informed decision before you take the next step.

Whether you have five or ten years of trading experience or you are completely new to the markets, every candidate goes through the same structured development process. The reason is simple. At BearStreet, we do not ask candidates to bring trading capital or trading margin to our Trading Floor. Live trading opportunities, buying power, and risk capital are provided only after a candidate consistently demonstrates the required discipline, performance, and readiness.

An experienced trader may complete the evaluation process faster, while a beginner may require more time. However, the standards remain exactly the same for everyone. We believe consistency, discipline, behaviour, and continuous improvement matter far more than previous experience.

The journey from candidate to professional trader follows a clear path: → Apply → Learn → Evaluate → Earn → Grow — starting with submitting the eligibility form, followed by structured learning and guided practice, continuous performance reviews, live trading with provided capital, and finally mentorship and long-term development.

If, at any stage, a candidate decides not to continue the journey, BearStreet does not make any financial claim against them. We respect every individual's decision because we firmly believe that passion, commitment, and self-confidence are the true driving forces behind a successful trading career.

He had also founded BearStreet Research and Analysis Pvt Ltd a professional trading floor. With his vast experience in proprietary trading he had always been a torch bearer for professional trading. His vision is to create world class skilled traders in India that are not bound by any capital. At ICFM, He shares his experience with students, Financial Market is growing rapidly and it has enormous potential for expert traders.
